Dr. Benjamin LaFleur
Understanding the Power of Chiropractic
While Dr. Ben was growing up, sports were an important part of his life. Two shoulder injuries in high school didn’t sideline him. But by the time he played three sports in college (two in Division I and the other in Division II), he needed the help of a chiropractor to continue competing.
When I chose a career, I wanted to do something that helped people as I’d been helped. Chiropractic offered a diversity of options to assist others using just my hands and knowledge.”Dr. Benjamin LaFleur
Sharing Natural Healing
Dr. Ben attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After earning a Doctor of Chiropractic, he started training as a member of the PGA Tour medical staff. There, he learned the importance of soft tissue therapy, taking continuing education courses to supplement his skills. “When you win tournaments by a stroke, you want every advantage possible. Many athletes rely on chiropractic to keep them healthy.”
Additionally, Dr. Ben has earned an additional qualification as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner.
Outside of the Office
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Ben can be found with his wife Dr. Elizabeth and their two very busy young athletes: Lincoln and Bella. He spends most of his time coaching baseball & track, but has stepped in to coach basketball on occasion. He also enjoys his nightly battles with his large Saint Bernard Daisy.
